Consumer Edge’s Phoenix pharmacy claims and Hydrus medical claims datasets provide visibility into utilization trends for a broad universe of therapeutics and procedures. The accuracy and real-time nature of these datasets support quarterly revenue projections, which CE positions relative to Visible Alpha consensus metrics. Phoenix pharmacy is our best-in-class closed claims dataset, differentiated by its longitudinal integrity and capture of specialty pharmacy products commonly blocked in other data sources. The Hydrus open medical claims dataset offers the lowest latency medical claims signal on the market, differentiated by its breadth and representativeness.

With 1Q2026 earnings coming to a close, we’ve recapped how we used Phoenix pharmacy and Hydrus medical claims data to form revenue projections ahead of company reports for a select group of products, along with key learnings and relevant signals derived from the data.

Phoenix Pharmacy

Tyvaso Franchise (UTHR)

UTHR printed 0% YoY growth for Total Tyvaso U.S. Net Product Sales for 1Q2026, weak versus Visible Alpha consensus of 6% YoY. Consumer Edge Phoenix pharmacy data showed weakness in franchise growth due to significant decline in nebulized Tyvaso utilization in addition to softness in Tyvaso DPI growth. Nebulized Tyvaso Net Product Sales declined -19% YoY, significantly weak vs. Visible Alpha consensus of -12% growth. Tyvaso DPI grew 9% YoY, at the midpoint of the CE estimated range of 6% to 12% YoY growth and weak versus Visible Alpha consensus of 12% YoY growth.

Phoenix data captures competitive shifts in the prostacyclin market share. While utilization of Tyvaso products declined QoQ in 1Q2026, Yutrepia, Liquidia’s DPI option, continued on its trajectory of robust growth.

Yorvipath (ASND)

ASND reported 5% QoQ growth for Yorvipath Net Product Revenues in 1Q2026, below Visible Alpha consensus of 12% QoQ and in the range of Consumer Edge predicted growth of 4% to 14% QoQ growth. Consumer Edge Phoenix data has successfully tracked Yorvipath’s growth trajectory, with a strong correlation observed between CE transaction QoQ growth and reported growth in the last two quarters.

Omnipod (PODD)

PODD reported 28% YoY growth for Omnipod U.S. Product Revenues in 1Q2026, above Visible Alpha consensus of 25% YoY and in the range of Consumer Edge predicted growth of 24% to 30% YoY growth.

Hydrus Medical

Watchman (BSX)

BSX reported 18% YoY growth for Watchman U.S. Revenue, weak versus Visible Alpha consensus of 22% and in the range of the Consumer Edge predicted growth of 15% to 21% YoY. Management commented that they saw “really strong consistent volume trends in January” and that “there was no signal to any WATCHMAN weakness until… mid — early to mid-February.” Hydrus medical claims data supports this trajectory, with a notable decline in YoY growth in 4 week trailing volumes observed throughout the quarter and growth consistently <20% beyond mid-February.

Amvuttra (ALNY)

ALNY reported 10% QoQ growth for Product Sales in 1Q2026, slightly below Visible Alpha consensus of 11% QoQ and in the range of Consumer Edge predicted growth of 4% to 12% QoQ.

Amvuttra’s sustained growth has been largely fueled by its March 2025 approval in ATTR Amyloidosis with Cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM), which affects primarily elderly patients. Strong uptake in this patient population is reflected by the accelerated growth in patients aged 65+, with the 80+ cohort exhibiting particularly notable growth in the last year.
